The House has introduced a bill, H.R. 8460 that loosens restrains on the ATF, creates a central database and increases funding for the agency.

Lovely. This legalizes the NICS database the ATF were illegally compiling under Clinton when they got their hands slapped (wanna bet they have been adding to that on the sly?).
Don't register  the guns, but register the owners instead.

This Bill needs to be stopped.
