Jon Stewart: Biden Too ‘F**king Old,’ ‘Shouldn’t Be President’

Comedian Jon Stewart declared President Joe Biden just might be too “bleep old” to be the commander-in-chief.

The comedian offered his summation of Biden’s mental fitness during a comedy performance at the Netflix is a Joke festival.

“I know liberals say, ‘Don’t say Joe Biden is old’ — don’t say what people see with their own eyes! You can say it, he can’t hear us,” Stewart said.

“I know you know how bleep old he is, and I know you don’t want to say it because Trump is so scary, but he’s so bleep old,” he added. “When you watch him on television, you’re nervous, aren’t ya?”

Stewart ultimately concluded that while Biden has something to offer the world, he just “shouldn’t be president.”

Porn star Stormy Daniels will describe her alleged sexual encounter with Donald Trump today at his trial, a prosecutor just said now.

"The general details of what occurred, including the sex act, are a significant part of the story and are very important for us,” prosecutor Susan Hoffinger said.

“The details of the encounter are important,” Hoffinger added. “It’s important for us to establish her credibility.”

But the prosecutor noted there will be some limits to Daniels’ testimony.

“In terms of the sexual act, it will be very basic,” she told the court. “It will not involve descriptions of genitalia.”

Hands up who thinks Mark Zuckerberg lies awake at night worrying that climate change will destroy Pacific islands? This is a man who fights “climate misinformation online” but destroys ecosystems on weekends…

Hypocrisy is thy name: He hopes you will use his virtual reality glasses so you can visit friends online without using a car, a boat or a plane, but he’ll visit his own friends in his $300 million mega-yacht.

In the world we thought we lived in, this would have made him a laughing stock on MSN et al, and pretty much rule him out from grandstanding on climate change, or ever being invited to the UN struggle sessions again, but we know the prostitutes for climate grants will smile and fawn, and so will the politicians, and so will the media.

But all over the internet, people are mocking him: “Don’t you love it when they lecture us about our CO2 emissions from the private jet or their super yacht?”

US Secret Service in discussions over how to handle potential Trump jail time

The U.S. Secret Service is holding internal discussions regarding former President Trump potentially going to jail, Fox News has learned.

Those conversations picked up Monday after Judge Juan Merchan floated the possibility of sending Trump to jail if he makes further violations against Merchan's gag order in the New York v. Trump case.

The Secret Service declined to comment on the discussions.

Merchan threatened Trump with jail time on Monday after finding that he violated the judge's gag order for a 10th time, resulting in a total fine of $10,000. Merchan said the fines clearly were not having the desired effect, so he warned that further violations could result in incarceration.

Merchan's gag order, imposed April 1, prohibits Trump from speaking publicly about witnesses in the case, such as pornography actress Stormy Daniels and former lawyer Michael Cohen.

Wearing a navy suit and gold tie this morning, Trump spoke to reporters in the court hallway first commenting on canceled college graduations at Columbia and elsewhere, saying he's "never seen anything like this."

He went on to defend the payments to his former "fixer" lawyer, Michael Cohen, that are at the crux of the case.

"The legal expense that we paid was put down as legal expense," he said. "Everyone's saying 'Oh geez, that's the fraud.'

"The other thing: this was approved by all agencies, there's been nothing hidden at all."

Trump also claimed that "some of the statements made about this witch hunt" — even by left-leaning media outlets like "fake news CNN," "Good Morning America" and NBC's "Today" are saying the prosecution "has no case."

"With all that's going on, they have no case," Trump said. "Virtually everyone that I've seen has said there's no case.

"This all comes out of the White House and crooked Joe Biden.

"It happens in third world countries. It's never happened in this country."

New Study: Climate Change Could Reduce The World Economy 19% By 2049

A new study claims that loss of productivity because of climate change could result in a 19% reduction in the world economy by 2049. Despite the number being significantly higher than previous studies, the authors claim their numbers are conservative and could be as high 29% of the global GDP. Climate activists were quick to latch onto the study, calling for more aggressive measures to prevent climate change and fund mitigation efforts.

The study, The economic commitment of climate change, was published in Nature on April 17 by researchers at the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research, also known as PIK, a non-profit organization funded by the German government.

While I am not an economist, in my opinion the data seems flawed. According to a study published by NOAA in January 2024, the average temperature has risen 2° F since 1850. In that same period, the global GDP increased from $1.73 trillion to $134.08 trillion. If we accept the climate projection models used in the study, it dismisses the resiliency of human nature and our ability to overcome economic challenges.

Immigration Officials: Nearly 80,000 People Approved For DACA Had Arrest Records, Many For Violent Crimes

As the Supreme Court continues to weigh the fate of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, U.S. immigration officials have released a new report revealing the arrest records of many immigrants who were approved for DACA -- including thousands in New York and New Jersey.

According to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, just under 80,000 of the country's DACA recipients were approved despite having at least one arrest prior to applying for the program. Of those arrests, thousands were for violent crimes including murder, assault, and various sex crimes.

USCIS reports that -- of the 79,398 people approved for DACA after being arrested -- over 3,300 had been charged with assault, over 300 faced sexual abuse or rape charges, and 15 DACA requestors were approved despite being arrested for murder.

The Nov. 16 report does not detail who was arrested for which crime in each state however, USCIS says between 2,500 and 10,000 New York residents had an arrest record when they filed for immigration protection. Those arrest numbers were the same for DACA requestors from New Jersey.

Trump posted on Truth Social about next witness this morning — then deleted it

Donald Trump posted on Truth social about an hour and a half ago that he heard who the next witness would be, and that his lawyers had no time to prepare.

The former president is under a court gag order that prohibits him from commenting about the jury or witnesses in the trial. The judge has found him in violation of the order 10 times, and has fined Trump $10,000 as well as threatened the defendant with jail time "as a last resort."
