But, cats don't react well to mean.  I don't think she's going to be able to wrangle them.

I don't think she wants to - Pelosi is playing China to the impeachment enthusiasts' North Korea.

This.  She wants it as badly as the loonies, but also knows it carries great risk.  She'll allow it in the end, with her blessing.  No need to herd cats.
