MeganC...

But it is up to the Russian people to decide the trajectory for their nation.

They chose their fate when they elected Putin.

You are completely wrong on both counts.  First, the Russian people have never, ever decided the trajectory of their nation.  During the days of the czars, there was nobility, and there was the serf class, who had nothing to say about a damn thing.  During the communist era, the state owned everything, and every living being in Russia was 100% expendable.  That is still the case today.  A totalitarian government under Putin, the people did not elect anyone.  If ever there was a fixed election, they are all fixed in Russia.  And in the remote areas of Russia, the communists are still very much in control.  Every Putin election was fixed.  And when Putin was not running Russia, he was behind the scenes pulling the strings and in real control.

My contention is that there's not a single girl among the thousands of videos who didn't want to be there...living that lifestyle, partying and getting paid for it.

So, spare me the "innocent children" nonsense.

Now... how hard would it be to slip a Quaalude type downer into an unsuspecting guest's drink?

Epstein has paid his penance with his life.  The girls have all moved on to something different.

Yet everybody insists that the men showing up in single videos are all guilty.

Guilty of what?  Stupidity?

Never thought I'd hear a pro-pediphilia comment on here.  :thud:

IF there are specific reasons for the purpose of withholding Grand Jury information, victim protection, avoiding slandering those who did nothing wrong, then why not cite those reasons for the non disclosure of the evidence rather than come out and say there is no list, nothing to see here, move along?

It isn't that Republicans aren't reasonable people or that they cannot understand there might be reasons for withholding information pending prosecution, and that releasing it would make a fair trial impossible.

But to dangle this carrot in front of the mule that pulled your wagon for so long and then to act as if it doesn't exist is not only an exceedingly poor read of the room, it calls into question credibility on a serious scale. It is relatively rare that the Right cedes rationality to emotion, unlike the Left, but this is perhaps THE universal hot-button issue, that of those who would exploit minors for sexual purposes.

@DCPatriot We have a legal standard called 'age of consent'. There's a reason, simply because we do not consider our offspring mature enough to be fully fledged adults as a rule, before then. While there are a few exceptional youngsters out there capable of making informed and mature decisions, we impose that age limitation across the board.

Were the 15-16-17 year olds willing? Perhaps, but it does not matter, because they were legally not considered capable of giving consent to engage in sexual activities with adults. There are (or so I have been told) girls out there as young as 12 who have 'relations', which is a product of sexualization at an early age and perhaps the amount of estrogenic substances in diets and elsewhere. BUT they are not old enough to consent until they reach an accepted age for adulthood.

@Smokin Joe

Thanks...a very delicate subject articulated as we've come to expect from you.   tipping hat!!

I wouldn't worry about some "peace-keeping mission" - Russia will either be defeated militarily or collapse from within. Putin has no intention, no matter how bad things get inside, Russia of 'negotiating'. Putin is putting all of Russia on a permanent war-footing, as he stockpiles troops and equipment along the Finnish border for a future attack on NATO.

Russia attacking Finland would result in the immediate invasion and liberation of Konigsberg. Sweden and Poland would be on Konigsberg like stink on poop.

Not to mention that if Russia attacks Finland the Finns will very likely take back St. Petersburg and keep it.

Can you think beyond the boilerplate of the moment?

There is no "boilerplate of the moment."  There is simply the truth about Putin's history and career.  Look how many people have died around him, or conveniently disappeared...his record exceeds the Clintons!

Sorry buddy, but we're not going to send our troops there.

And no one here has even suggested that, nor do we want it.  But I am all for arming Ukraine to the gills so that it can fight back and eject the Russians from its sovereign territory.

New information: Ghislane Maxwell has offered to present Epstein's client list to Congress. So yes, there is a list.

And considering the thousands of hours of film the government claims to possess, any list is very likely rendered moot.

So either it is what they've all been saying it is, or they outright lied. One or the other, and there is no inbetween.

If it is as they have said it is, then there is nothing other than a full press with everything the law can do, with extreme prejudice. This kind of thing cannot... CANNOT... be allowed to stand, I don't give a single shit how famous or powerful the doers.

This is evil.

Now THAT is interesting. So let her present the list to somebody in Congress then we'll go from there. If people committed a crime (certainly this magnitude of crime), they should do time, as always.

Putin is the most evil person I know of in the world today.  Trump, with all the intelligence info flowing his way, why did he not know that?  Just no excuse.

I say we do everything we can to help Ukraine destroy Russia as Russia has destroyed Ukraine.  Level every manufacturing plant in Russia.  Perfectly fine with me.   Fact is, Russia is in the swirl, and Putin is clueless how to get out.  Trump was kind enough to give Putin a way out, but he thumbed his nose and thought Trump a fool.  And he was a fool.

I have known since Putin came to power that he was nothing but a thug.  Why doesn't Trump see that?

The focus now has to be on the destruction of Russia's manufacturing base, and killing every soldier in uniform on both sides of the border.

That said I have yet to determine if you are bought and paid for by the Z govt.

I send money to support Ukrainian causes via Ukraine House, a properly registered 501(c)(3) charitable entity in the United States.

https://www.ukrainehouse.us/support-ukraine

If they offered me compensation for my intermittent internet postings I'd refuse it. I don't need it.

So, we're not 100% sure there is a list, right? FBI has confirmed it? I think were there some ground breaking names in there, it would have found it's way out?

TBH, I had to google the question on this list. If they had a list and refused to release it, that is, of course outrageous. But if there truly is no real list, then isn't this just a bunch of wasted energy? Don't you think the list would be out there already?
