Fugitive Killer Arrested by ICE After Release Into US by Biden’s Border Patrol
Immigration and Customs Enforcement
An illegal alien who was recently released into the U.S. despite a homicide conviction in his home country was apprehended by immigration authorities in Massachusetts last week.

On Monday, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) announced the arrest a 49-year-old Colombian citizen in Pittsfield, MA.

He is wanted in his home country for aggravated homicide, aggravated theft, and unlawful possession of a weapon — charges for which he was convicted in 2016.

“The Colombian national was arrested by authorities in Bucaramanga, Colombia, on April 5, 2014, and charged with aggravated homicide, aggravated theft and possession of a weapon,” ICE explained in a press release.

Trollz  gotz to be trollz.

So even with your silly <50 year meteorlogical sample size you are spewing this scam?  Take a few statistics classes before running your mouth off.

We had 3 citrus killing events in the past 3 yrs. here.  After not having a <18 degree day for 15 years.  I could make the same damn ridiculous  claim that the climate is cooling.

And even on a larger macro scale, we could have a spirited discussion, on why Greenland was inhabitable a 1000 years ago, and not now.

Stuff the climate scam bull shit.

@catfish1957   @Cyber Liberty  @mystery-ak

This is disgusting!  Thread after thread after thread!  ENOUGH!!

How about you stop trolling/stalking this member?  Geez...after only 4 replies you got at him...again.

People have the right to maintain different opinions than you.

Pilot program to launch in five cities

McALLEN, Texas (Border Report) — The Biden administration on Thursday launched a new rocket docket process in five cities to quickly screen and remove unqualifying migrants who cross the border seeking U.S. asylum.

The announcement came the same day as several reports that the Biden administration plans to shut down the Southwest border if migrant encounters exceed 4,000 per day.

Biden plans order to shut border when crossings hit 4,000 daily: Report
The Department of Homeland Security and Department of Justice said Thursday that the new Recent Arrivals Docket process will more expeditiously resolve immigration cases for non-citizen single adults who arrive between legal U.S. ports of entry.

A similar rocket docket system for families called the Dedicated Docket was started in 2021. However, migrant advocates said the system did not allow families enough time to gather information and plead immigration cases.

Kamala Harris Jokes About Returning to California to Run for Governor

Vice President Kamala Harris has joked about returning to California to run for governor in 2026 when incumbent Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) ends his second and final term.

Politico reported on Thursday, in an overview of potential gubernatorial candidates, that the former California Attorney General and U.S. Senator could make a run:

Vice President Kamala Harris has joked to friends that she may return to California to run for governor if Democrats lose the White House this fall, taking a page from Richard Nixon, two people familiar with her remarks said.

“That did not happen,” Harris spokesperson Kirsten Allen told POLITICO in response. “This November, the vice president will be preparing to be inaugurated for the second term of the Biden-Harris administration.”

The issue came up in Thursday’s White House press briefing, when a reporter asked about it. Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, who cannot answer questions about partisan politics from the podium, appeared to dodge the issue:

Q    — that Vice President Harris is telling friends that she may go back to California and run for governor if the election does not go her way?

MS. JEAN-PIERRE:  (Laughs.)  That is news to me.  I — I would say this.  The Vice President has been a great partner to this President.  He is appreciative of the work that she has done.  It is impressive what she has been able to do on these tours that she has done on reproductive rights, her leadership on gun violence — to fight gun violence across the country — prevention, obviously, in leading the — in the first historic office coming out of the White House.

She has been an amazing partner, and the President appreciates her, appreciates her leadership.  And that’s all I’ll say to that.

Harris polls consistently poorly, which is why she is rarely mentioned as a potential substitute for President Joe Biden in the 2024 presidential race, were he to step aside. Her 2020 presidential campaign ended in December 2019.

Illegal Immigration Overload: Border Town’s Criminal Prosecutions Explode by 5,000% on Biden’s Watch

by JOHN BINDER 13 May 2024

Kinney County, Texas, one of several American border communities, has seen criminal prosecutions explode as illegal immigration has hit record levels on President Joe Biden’s watch.

During a House Budget Committee hearing last week, Kinney County Attorney Brent Smith told lawmakers that in 2020, under former President Donald Trump, the county reported just 134 criminal charges for prosecution.

After Biden “issued multiple executive orders, revoking numerous border security policies,” Smith said criminal charges for prosecution skyrocketed in 2021 to nearly 3,000, roughly 6,800 in 2022, and more than 5,800 in 2023.

This indicates that from 2020 to 2022, Kinney County saw criminal charges for prosecution increase by almost 5,000 percent, and from 2020 to 2023, increase by more than 4,200 percent.

Immigration/Border / Re: The Carbon Capture Con

I thought maybe this article was about sequestering illegal immigrants (carbon based) in prison, imagine my surprise when I saw it had nothing to do with immigration

Why is China rapidly moving towards renewables?  No blacks in China, No WEF, No Antifa and certainty no left wing groups.

Another article:

In 2022, China installed roughly as much solar photovoltaic capacity as the rest of the world combined, then went on in 2023 to double new solar installations, increase new wind capacity by 66 percent, and almost quadruple additions of energy storage.Mar 13, 2024

How China Became the World's Leader on Renewable Energy

So ... are you back to promoting solar??   :thud:  #1 - solar isn't feasible in some areas.   #2 - many homes with solar panels are not insurable  #3 - the theory that the electric companies will pay you back is crappola.  We don't have solar, yet we received a bill for a -$67 on our bill.  We had a credit instead of a charge this month; our electric company is a co-op.  #4 solar is very expensive, especially if you try to have your home completely reliant on solar.

I don't care about China.  I care about affordable energy for the U.S., and energy independence.

IDF Finds Bodies of 3 Hostages in Gaza, Including Shani Louk

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced Friday that it had recovered the bodies of Israeli hostages Amit Buskila, Itzhak Gelerenter, and Shani Louk in a special operation overnight in the Gaza Strip.

All three were murdered at the Supernova Music Festival in Re’im, in southern Israel, and their bodies taken to Gaza.

Louk was killed and her body abused on the back of a pickup truck in one of the most infamous scenes of October 7.

Gelerenter, 58, went missing on October 7 and his phone was later found by the IDF in Gaza. Buskila, 28, a fashion designer, had been heard on October 7 on a phone call with her uncle, begging Hamas terrorists not to take her.

There are over 40 hostages, out of roughly 130 still in Gaza, who are known to be dead. At least 60 are thought to be alive.

Negotiations have stalled, as Hamas has insisted on a permanent end to the war as a condition for the release of hostages. It also has not committed to the release of all remaining hostages, but just old, sick, and female hostages.

Though the news is bad, many Israelis feel it confirms the decision to press ahead with military operations in the southern city of Rafah, as well as in areas of northern Gaza that still have some Hamas presence. In addition to destroying the last Hamas battalions, the IDF hopes to rescue and recover at least some of the remaining hostages.

Non-Citizens Are Illegally Registering to Vote Ahead of November Elections, Study Finds

Frank Bergman
May 15, 2024 - 5:35 pm

A new study has found that a shocking number of non-citizens have registered to vote in America’s elections ahead of the critical November presidential race.

The study, published by Just Facts, is based on the latest available data and an enhanced version of a stress-tested methodology from a scholarly journal.

Researchers found that about 10 percent to 27 percent of non-citizen adults living in the U.S. are now illegally registered to vote.

The U.S. Census recorded more than 19 million adult non-citizens living in the U.S. during 2022.

Given their voter registration rates, this means that about two million to five million of them are illegally registered to vote.
