Scientists Say Scorching Temperatures Brought on by the ‘Super’ El Niño Could Kill Nearly Half a Million People by February
The predicted number, which includes deaths since June, likely represents an underestimate of total deaths. The heat could linger beyond February, and the climate swing could bring about other life-threatening conditions, including flooding, wildfire and infectious diseases

The "super" El Niño event in the Pacific Ocean has been brewing since June and will extend through February.
Extreme heat caused by the “super” El Niño currently brewing in the Pacific Ocean could cause nearly half a million deaths by the end of February.

Meanwhile, scientists say "who says we say all this nonsense?"

Interesting.  I woke up to temps in the low 70's this morning and we for once won't reach 90 today.  It is a nice change after the ridiculously hot weather we've had for months.

No danger of a cold snap here...it's 95F right now.  But rain may happen over the weekend.  Looks like Hurricane Polo is going to miss us towards the South.

Garbage.

These so-called 'scientists' run a money-laundering operation as they run these scenarios to obtain government grant money.  Rinse, repeat.

The world has had weather cycles for billions of years, contributing to billions of deaths.

Anything humans can do to change this is of no consequence.

That grant money the 'scientists' are given would be better spent on air conditioning to combat the weather.

  • I was a "conspiracy theorist". Now I'm just right.
Overnight temps in the mid 40s, still in the high 60s in the 'heat' of the day.

I like this weather, haven't even fired up the furnace yet.

Seventeen Techniques for Truth Suppression

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.
