On Thursday, August 5, 52 year old Major General Harold Greene, the 2-star general who was killed by an Afghan soldier when he opened fire at a military academy in Kabul, was laid to rest at Arlington National Cemetery. His wife, retired Col. Sue Myers, was presented with an American flag by Army Chief of Staff General Ray Odierno. Greene's son, Lt. Matthew Greene is a West Point graduate and a first lieutenant stationed at Fort Sill, Okla.can be seen in this heartwreching photo:
Our Golfer-In-Chief couldn't be bothered to do the right thing and attend the funeral of this selfless and honorable man who dedicated his life to defending and protecting our nation. And according to news reports, neither could Vice President Joe Biden or Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel.
Has there ever been a "President" and administration more blatently unconcerned about the welfare of our active-duty military, their families and our U.S. veterans?

It's not a requirement, but it wouldn't hurt for the commander in chief to himself have had military experience.
The world is more dangerous then it's been in decades, especially with escalating violence amid sectarian turmoil in the Middle East. We could use someone with a sense of duty to country that military service arouses in most regular Americans.
Lacking same, the Current Occupant is humbly offered for your astute consideration as a cautionary example.
