Solar nonprofit in California disagrees with changes

Also they are pushing homeowners to install expensive batteries to store energy for the night time? So why exactly be connected to the grid at all? If you have batteries than you can legally decline connection to the grid, personally I think I'd be leery of having those batteries in my home considering the issues with EV's. But really the big selling point the modern day aluminum siding sales men have made is how much a homeowner would save selling excess power back to the utilities Reality is that there is now so much excess solar generated electricity in California that the utilities have to pay out of state utilities to take it, another wining situation for California homeowners conned into solar.
