So even if that Republican is unquestionably more conservative than Biden/Harris on policy issues, you're okay with Trump preferring to let the Democrats win anyway?
Trump repeated all sorts of lies about various Republicans who nevertheless supported him in the general election. They did so not because they liked him, but because they decided the future of the country was more important than their personal feelings.
The same obviously cannot be said about Trump. His personal feelings are more important than the country.
Which is one of the reasons many lifelong Republicans won't vote for him in November.

@Maj. Bill Martin Absolute B.S! One thing I am certain of with all that Trump has been through and the actions he has displayed and speeches he has given; he is first and foremost an American patriot.
The man took a bullet for each and every one of us. It is because of his competency that the left wants him gone, not his incompetency.
He came from a life of riches and wealth and has given up a life of luxuries. In addition to being shot at he has endured bogus collusion accusations, impeachments, raids on his home and numerous trials. He could have easily bowed out. He hasn't.
He is NOT out for himself. That I am absolutely positive of.

So why wouldn't he have supported a conservative Republican against a Democrat just because they didn't say nice things about him?
