ERIC SWALWELL REFERRED TO DOJ FOR CRIMINAL PROBE!

Quite a few others' addresses as their own. Dick Gephardt always used his mother's home address in South St. Louis as his own. He wouldn't have lived in such a humble abode.

What actually seems to be the case is that Swillwell has residences in his district AND in 2022 bought a home in DC, committing mortgage fraud by claiming it's his principal residence. So whether he's ineligible to be a CA Congress Critter or committed mortgage fraud, I don't expect much to come of this because of his Magic Golden D.
