Today the state of Texas must allow the federal government access of the riverfront park in Eagle Pass or face a DHS/DOJ lawsuit.

I just talked with Texas DPS who says they are not granting the feds access today—They have had access to the boat ramp since Friday and that’s apparently the only access they’re going to get barring a medical emergency.

I listened to a short portion of Beck's show today -- his guest revealed that what is being reported about the drowning of a couple of ILLEGALS is incorrect -- they died further up stream before the TX National Guard ran across them. What is being reported about the fight between TX and the Feds is very slanted.
