On Monday, President Obama addressed the numerous embarrassing failures associated with Healthcare.gov. In his remarks, he recommended using the phone or registering in person in lieu of using the defective website.
True to form, the call center went down almost immediately.

Additionally, the phone number also referred people...back to Healthcare.gov.

Can't make this up. Got through 800-number, followed prompts, and got referred to http://Healthcare.gov .
