Title: Obamacare Call Center Down as President Encourages Phone Registration

On Monday, President Obama addressed the numerous embarrassing failures associated with Healthcare.gov. In his remarks, he recommended using the phone or registering in person in lieu of using the defective website.

True to form, the call center went down almost immediately.
