Woman Left Blind After Tattoo Artist Botches Attempt to Dye Her Eyeballs

Based in the Polish capital Warsaw, the tattoo artist named in local media as Piotr A is facing three years in prison for unintentionally severely disabling the woman.
Aleksandra Sadowska from the city of Wroclaw in the west of Poland had gone to the tattooist after deciding she wanted to emulate a rap artist called Popek, who also had the whites of his eyes dyed black.
The bungled procedure left the 25-year-old model complaining of pains in her eyes which the tattooist is reported to have told her was normal and she should take painkillers.

I've seen pictures only of these people who get their eyeballs worked on, even tattoos I think on the eyeball. That sounds way, way too far out to me.
But, if it was suppose to be a safe procedure, then, she should have a legal remedy.

Yep. Never understood tattoos especially on women. Not a sexist thing, just that women are more concerned with colors and accessorizing and they tend to show much more skin than men do. Once they get a colored tattoo in a prominent obvious place, from then on they have to worry about if their blouse will clash or will their earrings and necklace will clash with the tattoos. Why would they do that to themselves? And a bride in a wedding dress with tattoos everywhere is just sad. Also, it makes me think that the woman either has no sense of the future or she has no respect for her body.

I know some guys like it but that tattoo crap is not for me, at all. Do not want my girl's body to remind me of a bathroom stall in Chicago. And wanting to tattoo eyes black is a huge flashing signal that there are some mental issues involved with that person.

If a woman has nice skin, a tattoo is not an improvement, imho. Just gilding the lily.... :shrug:

They had two guys who dyed their eyeballs on “Lockdown†or “Lockup†(the MSNBC one) back when it was on Netflix. One had dyed his eyeballs red, the other one blue. I seriously tossed my cookies when I saw it. Seriously. :3:

Numerous times I have seen drop dead gorgeous women with tatoos. Yuck.
I liken it to adding grafitti to a majestic Bierstatdt landscape painting.

Only that there IS a certain prejudice amongst us against. But there is nothing new.
I had a great uncle that was a player. Diamond stud earring. Tattoos. The roaring twenties. Died of a burst appendix. In his twenties.
My mother's brother went to Alaska to survey before it became a state. She said she got off the school bus one day and started the half-mile walk up the lane to the old homestead. This new car pulls in. Long bearded man. Long hair. Earrings. Asked if she wanted a ride. Early 1950's. She freaked. He laughed. It was her brother.
From an artistic standpoint, I have seen some really good art on bodies. I have drawn art that is on several hundred people. I'm not a tattoo artist. I don't have any.
I have a preference. But I will not judge.

My wife has tats. A couple of commemorative to her father figures. One to me. She had a shitty life growing up. Her dad gave a shit. His dad gave a shit .She put them on more to show the rest of her family as a reminder who effing cared for her. They show in the summer. Meaning they are small and don't show unless she is wearing a summer strap top. It is her life.
This is related. I put myself through prison, partly, by drawing pictures that the tatters could sell. I did explicit porn art for tat work. Not that I liked it.
The last thing I was going to do was whine and ask for someone to send me money. They ended the fed program for financial aid or any aid to let convicts complete a college degree round then.
So I got a job. In the cabinet shop. And did artwork on the side. And fought the fights they sent to me. The AB tried hard . I tried harder. Change me. It isn't a challenge. It isn't a dare. Kill me trying.. That won't change me.
I have sought for the enemy. I found them. They are you. Me (my own worst) because your ignorance and reliance on someone else's word...
People should read a book. Before they read its cover.
