ABC's Jon Karl Wonders: Who's In Charge of Obama's White House?

So just who is in charge in Barack Obama's White House?
ABC's Jonathan Karl on Tuesday asked White House press secretary why the letter from the White House to Gov. Rick Perry (R-TX) inviting him to a meeting with President Obama regarding the Texas border crisis was from Valerie Jarrett. While it's routine for staff to draft such letters for elected officials, matters of such magnitude and to other elected officials of stature are almost always in the name of the principle. The president's spokesman, when asked why the letter was from Jarrett rather than the President, said "Valerie spends a lot of time maintaining relationships with governors around the country" on behalf of the President. This latest revelation was on the heels of Monday's question by Karl as to whether the President writes his own tweets, and if he was even aware of what is being tweeted in his name. The response? The president does not write, nor does he read his own tweets.
The issue of the tweets was about the controversy surrounding a tweet by President Barack Obama last Thursday where he seemed to be saying the Hobby Lobby Supreme Court decision meant women could not make their own health care decisions:

Press Secretary Josh Earnest claimed that the tweets were issued by Organizing For America (OFA) independent of the White House. Though the twitter handle is @BarackObama, the White House claims no responsibility or accountability, for the tweets.
However, he did not offer any explanation as to why an "independent" organization can tweet in Barack Obama's name or how this can occur without input and permission from the president's political team, nor did he or anyone else officially associated with the president or the White House express objection to the OFA tweet.

They have ways of dealing with this type of rabble. The rest of the media will continue cheerleading.

All Obama does is the occasional photo op, fundraisers, golf, billiards and beer. Whew! Tough schedule - no wonder he's been breaking away lately to rogue walks to Starbucks and to "the streets". He's like a bear on the loose!
Of course he's not in charge at the White House, Valerie Jarrett is. Of course he doesn't do his own tweets.

It's sad that conservative forums have been seeing this for a long time. The first clue was the number of times Obama voted "present" in the IL Senate. That would be a red flag for anyone who was objectively reviewing Obama's record.
The msm is getting a bit nervous. They can't attack Obama, but they need to create distance for the November elections, and 2016. Attacking Republicans, and finding stupid Republicans to represent the party are easy pickings, and a plan that works well, but it may take more than that this time. The mess Obama has made is real, and getting harder to cover. It's a bit like an over full cat box, you can only bury so much crap.

Relic, what you say is true, however we cannot discount the possibility of widespread voter fraud skewing the election results. Does anyone doubt that these people are not capable of planning to cheat to win at the ballot box? Does anyone doubt that plans were made some time back to install them in place for when they will be needed? We will have to prevail by a pretty large margin to counteract the fraud that is most certainly to happen. I would watch Ohio closely.

The problem is that reality is so bad that expectations can no longer be managed in this way. IOW, the risk of widespread vote fraud becoming *known* is increasing, and that bodes poorly for 'the system'...
I'm not so sure. They seem to be able to keep promoting the ridiculously high "approval ratings" (considering the reality on the ground) for the impostor, and "polls" for each Senate race won't be hard to tilt (to manage expectations) either... (Plus, you can never discount the effects of the normalcy bias!)
