Benner, 50, was one of five teachers at a 2013 school board meeting who spoke out against Superintendent Valeria Silva’s efforts to move more children into mainstream classrooms and reduce suspensions for African-American students.

Benner, who is black, argued the racial equity policy was “crippling our black children by not holding them to the same expectations as other students.”

I'm still learning this story myself, it sounds like a black teacher took issue with the school district for policies that ... you can read it for yourself, might have given breaks to troubled black, and others I'm sure, breaks to blacks to lessen their suspensions and that in itself might have been racist.

In Minneapolis-St. Paul that is race-traitor-grade heresy! I hope he has a good back-up career, because, well, educrats take care of their own.
