I'm not sure what the rules are on posting from the NY Times, so I just posted the link below.
The jest of the topic is that three men base jumped off the WTC in September of last year. The police and port authority finally figured out who they were in January, and the guys turn themselves in yesterday.
Prosecutor and port authority want them put in jail.
