We need more of Kamala at the mic. Right? (cackle cackle)

What's worse than four more years of Joe Biden?
Even one day of President Kamala Harris.

The Supreme Court is nearing the end of its term. Here are the cases it still has to decide.

Washington — The Supreme Court has wrapped up arguments for its current term and until around the end of June, it will be handing down opinions for the remaining cases, among them, over a dozen involving hot-button issues including abortion, guns, homelessness, Purdue Pharma's bankruptcy plan and the prosecution of former President Donald Trump.

This term, which began in October 2023, follows two in which the Supreme Court handed down consequential decisions unwinding the constitutional right to abortion and bringing to an end affirmative action in higher education. The justices kicked off this latest slate of cases with several involving administrative law and online speech. But it was a pair of disputes involving Trump that captured widespread attention and thrust the justices into the center of legal battles with high stakes for the former president as he mounts a bid to return to the White House...

Same kind of tactics predators use.

I'm so old, I remember the disappointment, when the Buffalo Bisons of the International League had their road games on radio.  Must have been 7 or 8 years old!

Found out there was no 'booth'... the pitches/plays were sent to the studio on "Ticker Tape" and that the play-by-play guys were acting them out...emotion and all!    9999hair out0000

No different than today, not having FIOS or CABLE TV and getting the play-by-play on ESPN internet and pretending that you're broadcasting the game in real time.

Trump lawyer moves for mistrial , citing Daniels' 'prejudicial,' salacious testimony

Trump attorney Todd Blanche moved Tuesday for a mistrial, citing what he called Stormy Daniels' "prejudicial" and salacious testimony about an alleged sexual encounter with Trump.

Daniels mentioned some details about her alleged tryst with Trump — like that there was an "imbalance of power" between her and the real estate mogul — that could unfairly "inflame the jury," Blanche argued.

“It’s extremely prejudicial to insert safety concerns in a trial about business records," he told the court.

“The issue is she has testified today about consent, about danger – that’s not the point of this case. That’s not the point of her testimony," he added.

"How can you unring that bell?"

Blanche also accused Daniels of changing her story about the encounter over the years.

Judge Merchan declined to grant the mistrial, but said he agreed with Blanche "that there are some things that would have been better left unsaid."

In fairness to the prosecutors, though, he added, "I believe that the witness was very difficult to control."
