Sorry Bernie Bros But Nordic Countries Are Not Socialist

It is certainly true that Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark are notable economic successes. What is false is that these countries are particularly socialist.
Perhaps a better name for what the Nordic countries practice would be

If "Conservatives'" political opponents are advancing "socialism," in the form of Scandinavia, it is well for said conservatives to be better informed about what is, and what is not.
In truth, the Nordic nations are among the world's most prosperous, free, and happy.

And the only reason for that is because they are NOT socialist nations. Yet, the left loves to claim credit where none is due... and lie about it. It's how they roll. Problem is, too many dumbed down constituents of the left believe everything they say. And the leftist's constituents are too dumb to know the difference between what the left wants (Venezuela type government controls) vs. what Scandinavian countries have (non-government interference or control).
Second, as evidence of the lack of government interference in business affairs, there is the fact that none of these countries have minimum wage laws.
Workers are paid what they are worth, not based on government’s perception of what is fair.

Being overly generous with 'other peoples money' is what leftists do. While being stingy with their own money, in fact. Case in point, it has been proven that most Democrats give to charities far less than most Republicans, yet they are the ones pushing for more "freebies" for folks whose votes they want.
If the day ever comes when most of the citizens of Sweden figure out that little bit of common sense.... they may rise up and throw off the insanity that is "Leftism/Socialism". Hope springs.
