For the 10th thousandth time,,,,,,,  DJT increased the deficit quicker and more severely (actual and inflation adjusted) than any POTUS in U.S. history to that point.

If you call that being a "Great POTUS", I'd hate to see a bad one.

I think many of the supporters just see the debt going up and think that’s trivial. It’s not. The debt is rising faster than GDP and Donald Trump was a contributor to that

And it’s not just his previous four years. What he’s proposing now is scarier. He wants to pressure the federal reserve to lower interest rates. He wants even more tariffs on top of the ones that he enacted his first round. He wants to weaken the dollar yet not that long ago, he said a strong dollar was good for the country. He wants more spending.

I don’t think his supporters are aware of any of this. Or worse, they don’t care. They’ve convinced themselves that their movement is a movement to save the country and nothing will stand in the way of that delusion. It’s comical. But they believe it with all their heart

You have some that would be OK with the idea of Tulsi Gabbard being his vice president. That should tell you a lot right there

I've seen a lot of her Fox clips, and they are populist, anti-government rhetoric.  But still I haven't seen her refute not even once of her prior positions on abortion, Climate Change, or fiscal restraint.

Till then, she's nothing, but another liberal, who has no earthy reason becoming the GOP VPOTUS candidate.

That's right.

I truly hope she has had a Road to Damascus moment. I do. I hope the logic which has invaded her thought eventually swings her full Conservative (which logic must necessarily do). I hope she learns to think rather than emote. But none of that matters now...

Not now.
Time will tell.

Maybe someday, when she's proven on the record.

I just look - I signed up in 2011. I really AM old. I don't even remember how I found the site.

They did cheat Kerri Lake, and now Arizona is like my former state of WA is, saddled with an idiot of a governor.

I noticed that.  Registered over 10 years ago (longer ago than me, an Admin!), and you have never posted?  Well, I am glad you did, @collins!

Fred, you're not going to like this post.
I can confidently predict that NO "conservative" will ever win an election for the presidency again...

... so long as the DisUnited States remains a 50-state union.
Not gonna happen. There is never going to be "unity" again (unless it's a forced "unity" from the DCommunists).

Now if there was, say, a "Heartland Republic" that broke away from the leftist blue states, that might very well become possible, perhaps likely.

But as the country exists NOW?
No way.

I told you that you weren't going to like this post...
