Mexican Armed Forces recover arsenal of machine guns from California SUV

Ensenada, Baja California —
Mexican soldiers stopped a California SUV carrying an arsenal of large caliber machine guns and rifles in Ensenada, the SecretarÃa de la Defensa Nacional announced Monday.
The Armed Forces were carrying out a special operation based on what they said was an intelligence effort.
Members of Mexico’s 67th Infantry Battalion stopped a gold GMC with CA plates in the community of “El Rosario,†which is within the municipality in Ensenada, Baja California.
The Denali-style truck had six heavy-gauge machine guns inside, along with skilled cartridges, six tactical bibs, six AR-15-style rifles, 43 AR-15 loaders and 1,290 cartridges.

I think the six heavy-gauge machine guns and the 6 AR-15s are one and the same.

I'm no gun expert, but I think of "heavy" or "large caliber" machine guns as .50 caliber. AR-15s, besides being semi-automatic, can be chambered in multiple calibers, I think, but I've not heard of as large as .50 caliber. MSM people and Libs/Progs are so anti-gun and so ignorant of guns at the same time, that one must be skeptical of their accuracy and agenda in just about any story involving guns. It's not a situation I like, but I think it's present reality.
