Kremlin: Trump and Putin Did Not Have a Secret G-20 Meeting
Thursday, 20 Jul 2017 09:25 AM
The Kremlin said on Thursday that U.S. President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin did not have "a secret meeting" at the G20 summit earlier this month, but confirmed they did chat informally over dinner.
The Kremlin was responding to questions about a previously undisclosed conversation between Trump and Putin that caused alarm among some U.S. politicians unhappy about Trump's handling of U.S.-Russia relations.

No. The stories were confirmed:
The Kremlin said on Thursday that U.S. President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin did not have "a secret meeting" at the G20 summit earlier this month, but confirmed they did chat informally over dinner.
I don't recall reading reports of a "secret meeting" but instead I read of one that was informal.

It's good to see that Newsmax is using the Kremlin as a source now.

It is sad that 'Conservatives' believe the Kremlin..

It was hardly a secret since Trump is on video gesturing to get Putin's attention and it was obvious from the hand signals that he wanted to chat. What they talked about is anyone's guess but they did have a nice long chat.
If the media is touting this as a "secret meeting" obviously anyone who takes a passing interest in getting their own news would know that headline was nonsense.
I thought it was a bit rude to abandon his dinner partner, Japan's First Lady but maybe she was relieved.
