Wow, not good. I know he was having a lot of problems with the other one healing. Prayers up.

That's pretty rough. Prayers for his healing and keeping a strong spirit - prayers too for his caregivers.

Diabetes is why he's in a wheelchair?
Muscular dystrophy is why he's in a chair, plus he had a leg amputated a few years ago.
This is the other leg, probably due to diabetes.

So he's not in good health. Lots of us have gone through major stuff as well.

I'll second that motion. Incidentally, I haven't seen any updates on his condition for over a week (more here) (http://legalinsurrection.com/2013/09/continued-support-and-well-wishes-for-jim-hoft/).

Jim and I have had our differences but I still have posting privileges over there although I never make use of them these days, until today that is. I had to post to this thread to let him know that he and his family are in my prayers.
I wouldn't have known a thing about any of this without your post here Machiavelli so thank you!

The last I read on the site was that after four procedures and more than four weeks in hospital he *may* look forward to discharge soon. As always, he thanks his readers and implores their prayers. (I read he produced the documentary "Hating Breitbart" and has been a tireless leader for the cause of liberty.)
