Title: PENNSYLVANIA OFFICIALS IN HOT WATER: 100,000 Illegal Voters Suspected in Hidden Data

Every vote should count but every illegal vote should be found and tossed. Pennsylvania officials are trying to keep that from happening by hiding data to keep up to 100,00 illegal voters. That could be the difference in a close election!

Reports of illegal voters who were caught but continued voting are part of a federal lawsuit filed on Monday. One of the big problems is that there is not a system in place to permanently remove the illegals:

“In large measure, the illegal voter registrations detailed in these records were self-reported aliens. There was no active process in place to detect and remove them.” – PILF, Public Interest Legal Foundation

Pennsylvania state elections officials are hiding data on noncitizen voters, obscuring what could be as many as 100,000 illegal voters in the crucial swing state, according to a federal lawsuit filed Monday.

The Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF), which promotes “clean” voter registration rolls across the country, has sought records from Pennsylvania required under the so-called motor voter law. The law, formally known as the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA), allows members of the public to inspect records related to registered voters.

Pennsylvania twice rejected PILF’s request, triggering Monday’s lawsuit.
“For months, Pennsylvania bureaucrats have concealed facts about noncitizens registering and voting — that ends today,” PILF President and general counsel J. Christian Adams said in a statement. “Before this lawsuit, the state admitted to a ‘glitch’ that exposed thousands of driver’s license customers to voter registration offers despite their noncitizen status since the 1990s.”

Adams noted that the secretary of state abruptly resigned in October. Adams added that his organization “hopes to finally get answers about the true scale of noncitizen voting in Pennsylvania and assist lawmakers in crafting reforms that fix it.”

How motor voter works:
A person can fill out a form to become a voter at their State offices to obtain a car license.  That office does not/cannot add the voter to the official voter list which is kept at the Secretary of State's office.  Once the SOS receives the form for someone to become a voter, they check state records on that individual through law enforcement records, birth records, residence records, passport records, death records, etc., to determine if that person is a valid voter.  Only if the person is a valid voter is that person put on the official voter list.  IT SOUNDS LIKE the SOS who resigned did so because he screwed up, did not check records before putting the people on the voter list.

I would say that this scenario is probably an 'oops' that is not just limited to this district and there are probably  others across the nation.
