Important stuff here. Per "USA Today"
The 10 worst are as follows:
•No. 10 Boston
•No. 9 Washington D.C.
•No. 8 Seattle
•No. 7 San Jose
•No. 6 Bridgeport, CT
•No. 5 New York
•No. 4 Austin
•No. 3 San Francisco
•No. 2 Honolulu
•No. 1 Los Angeles
The criteria used to determine who has the worst driving conditions included:
•percentage of residents who drive to work
•population density (how many people per square mile)
•average length of commute
•number of vehicles on the road
I suspect there may be more than a few on here who are asking, "Are they kidding? Where's my city?" I mean, after all, Honolulu?

IMHO Boston and Washington DC are worse than Los Angeles -- and yes I've driven in all three. San Francisco isn't bad once you have it figured out and you could not pay me enough to drive in NYC
