Biden: Jobless Offered Jobs Must Take Them or Lose Benefits

President Joe Biden on Monday defended himself against critics who say expanded unemployment benefits offered in the COVID-19 relief bill passed in March are keeping Americans from taking new jobs.
Biden said the administration will remind U.S. states this week that any unemployed American offered a comparable job must take it or risk losing unemployment benefits.
He is also directing the U.S. Labor Department to work with states to reinstate requirements that those receiving unemployment benefits must demonstrate they are actively looking for work.
"If you're receiving unemployment benefits and you're offered a suitable job, you can't refuse that job and just keep getting unemployment benefits," Biden said.
Republican lawmakers blamed a bad jobs report last week on the Democratic president's decision to offer expanded unemployment benefits through August.

Funny one year this (to the right of Donald)never-trumper was told nobody wanted my vote anyway, the next time when not running against a candidate that for some reason wasn't hated as bad as Hillary suddenly we became relevant to shout at again. Want my vote, put up a conservative Christian with a proven history of something other than blabbing about NY values. Perhaps someone that actually has a family that voted R once in their lifetime before making them advisors. Someone that didn't talk about banning guns, someone that didn't talk about gay rights and abortion being ok. Someone that did flip flop on issues within the span of two debates (ban planned parenthood, opps, I mean they do great things).
Now I know there is two types of "Never Trumpers"... most here were to the right of Trump, primarily the ones we hear in the news now days were actually left of Trump (yes, that almost didn't seem possible). Trump just promised things depending on which way the wind blew (example: Ethanol, put Hillary in jail). Trump then ventured into office trying to offend people that he would of been wise to kept as friendly foes. His ego actually probable cost his the election, and yes, every republican has to factor in the amount of cheat democrats get away with. Covid did him no favors of course and the press that gushed on and on and on about him in the previous election (hoping he would go head to head vs Hillary to give her the best chance of winning), suddenly beared more teeth instead of rooting like a fake wresting match fan. It is what it is... Trump is Trump and he is no Reagan with a broad gentile appeal which I guess some here found out.

+ I can not and will not vote for someone of his character. Character matter.

Those that would only vote and support a perfect man, will have to wait for the second coming of Jesus Christ. Remember satans minions demonized Jesus Christ insisted he wasn't good enough and put him to death. Also remember the false messiah must come before Jesus Christ comes again, as democrats have wanted to provide a false messiah for a long time, take that as a possible clue. Slick Willy and Obama, and some might even say biden, fools are easily deceived, i've seen far to much of that in my lifetime.

Reminds me of a story I read about a woman in Germany. She was on welfare and given a list of job interviews to take. She was offered a job at one place and refused to take it, so was threatened to be removed from the German welfare benefits.
She just didn't want to work in a bordello.
That kind of refusal is not something any socialist can understand. Can you imagine the Alleged Vice President saying no to an opportunity to move up when offered?

All that, and yet you can't deny that Donald J Trump won two electoral landslides and is the best president since Reagan.
"Rooting" for Trump to win is not "VOTING for Trump to win". And it's the VOTING that counts. It's the ONLY thing that counts. Except in AZMIPAWIGA, the minimum of five states that employed the Most Massive Vote Fraud Operation in History to steal the election.
Character does matter. It takes an awful lot of character to recognize that Jesus is never coming back, and even if he did, he won't be running to be the US president, and that any good Christian will realize that voting against the Top Baby Killer is better than not voting at all.
But, hey, character's hard to measure, and some people think character is best demonstrated by sitting on the curb like a dog turd while the nation is run into the gutter by avowed enemies of all dogs.
