The closest I can remember to being meaningful was the Benson - Quayle debate.  Of course, Dukakis/Benson lost anyway, so it clearly didn't matter enough.

That "I knew Jack Kennedy, You are no Jack Kennedy" retort  was memorable.  And the look on Quayle's face was telling wasn't it?

If anything, greasy gavin and kamala will look downright sensible compared to the governors that are going to be elected in California's future.

Coleman is legendary in Western New York for playing the lead in the famously "cancelled too soon" sitcom Buffalo Bill.

Of course, I remember him better for his role as the principal in Recess, one of the last of the Saturday morning cartoons.
