1. LIEden & Crew have been protecting the leaders who organized and led a peacetime invasion of Israel in which Israeli citizens were brutally murdered and mutilated, raped, and abducted.

2. Why in Hades would Israel trust information from the multi-betrayer LIEden?

Jokes and Humor / Re: Trinity Explained

The Trinity can be illustrated by some of the TV commercials for Progressive Insurance -
the ones where several roles are shown on screen,
all at the same time, all portrayed by the same actress.

The Trinity is similar. The Trinity is one person appearing in multiple roles, all at the same time.
Each role performs its function. The one person is performing all of the functions.

No, actually that view of the Trinity was condemned as heresy by the ancient and undivided Church (look at the entry for Sabellianism in The I Spy Book of Heresies we Orthodox Christians are issued).

Now, that was an actual joke -- there is no such book, but we Orthodox are very good at recognizing ancient heresies in new garb, so some wag once suggested we had such a book.

One of the fundamental principles of traditional Christian theology is that there is no likeness between the created and the Uncreated, and that God transcends all created binary distinctions (as for instance the distinction between unity and multiplicity).

While very impressive...the crowd size and excitement, I'm not going to forget the photos of the 2020 campaign which showed essentially the same disparities in rally/speech crowd sizes.

Until we go back to ONE-DAY voting with residency verification, it means nothing.

There's always another water pipe break at midnight, waiting in the wings.  /S

Agreed .... this is reality.  The fix is already in. IF indeed we actually see another election.

*scratching my head* - Obama Hussein has to be behind all of this. It makes no sense to pile on Israel just before an election and in the middle of a war, which Hamas started by slaughtering in ambush 1200 unarmed Israeli civilians and abducting and holding 200 Israeli civilians as hostages. Does Biden really believe the dozens of 'protesters' are going to hand him the election, at the expense of expelling Jewish support? There are millions more Jews and Jewish supporters in America than Muslim and Islamic supporters. What kind of math is he and his puppet masters doing?

None of this makes any rational sense? Has the American government suddenly become controlled by Hamas? Hamas which embraces and praises Nazi ideology. Everything is suddenly so confusing.

Democrats are attempting to throw their political opponents (and supporters) in prison while accommodating fascistic totalitarianism.

If Biden wins for any reason (including the oft wielded shield, "I vote my conscience"), America is gone. America will be swept up into the web of brutal autocratic despots which run the U.N. And without America, the entire face of the Earth will change overnight.

Dozens of students at Duke University walked out on legendary comedian Jerry Seinfeld’s commencement speech on Sunday, with some chanting "free Palestine," according to videos of the ceremony posted on social media.

The student protesters staged the walkout just as Seinfeld, who is Jewish and a vocal supporter of Israel, was introduced, according to the videos.

Some students carried Palestinian flags as they left the stadium. Other graduates and guests chanted "Jerry! Jerry!" as the comedian took the stage to receive an honorary degree.

Seinfeld delivered his speech without major interruptions, Reuters reported.

Blinken: ‘Israel Has Not Acted in a Manner That’s Consistent with International Humanitarian Law’

Pam Key 12 May 2024

Secretary of State Antony Blinken said Sunday on CBS’s “Face the Nation” that during the war with Hamas “Israel has not acted in a manner that’s consistent with international humanitarian law.”

Partial transcript as follows:

MARGARET BRENNAN: There are deep concerns about the Palestinian death toll, as even Prime Minister Netanyahu conceded that his forces have in fact killed more civilians than members of Hamas. We begin this morning with Secretary of State Antony Blinken, who joins us from the State Department. Good morning, Mr. Secretary. I know military experts say Gaza is as complicated and challenging a battlefield as any modern warfare has seen. But back in December, President Biden said Israel conducted indiscriminate bombing. In February, he said Israel’s offensive was over the top. And then this past week, he was asked on CNN about pausing the delivery of 3,500 bombs. Here’s what he said.

    (BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

PRESIDENT JOE BIDEN: Civilians have been killed in Gaza as a consequence of those bombs and other ways in which they go after population centers. I made it clear that if they go into Rafah…I’m not supplying the weapons that have been used historically to deal with Rafah- to deal with the cities to deal with that problem.

    (END VIDEO CLIP)

BRENNAN: Mr. Secretary, is Israel living up to international humanitarian law standards?

BLINKEN: Well first Margaret, good morning, and as you know, we put out a full report on that. But let me say this from the start. From day one, President Biden has been determined to support Israel in defending itself and trying to make sure that October 7 never happens again. At the same time, he’s been very clear that in doing that, it’s imperative that Israel protect civilians, and make sure that humanitarian assistance gets to those who need it. And that’s what we’ve been doing from day one. The report that- that we put out, lays out some of the concerns that we’ve had throughout this period when it comes to humanitarian assistance, particularly the early months after October 7. And when it comes to the use of weapons, concerns about incidents where given the totality of the damage that’s been done to children, women, men, it was reasonable to assess that, in certain instances, Israel acted in ways that are not consistent with international humanitarian law. It’s also critical to note that Israel itself has accountability processes to get at this. There are hundreds of ongoing inquiries looking at different incidents that have taken place since October 7. There are criminal investigations that are going forward unlike most other countries in the world, Israel has the ability, the means and the actions to self correct. But we’ve been on this every single day.

BRENNAN: So you have been able then to conclude that Israel has violated US laws and weapons sharing agreements?

BLINKEN: No. We’ve concluded is in the case of the the use of weapons, as you said, this is an extraordinarily complex military environment in which you have an enemy, Hamas, that committed the most atrocious terrorist attacks on Israel, October 7, and then retreats to Gaza, hides behind and underneath civilians, in hospitals, schools, mosques, apartment buildings. And that makes it very difficult to determine, particularly in the midst of war, exactly what happened and to draw any final conclusions from any one incident. So we have a number of incidents that we continue to look at, to try to get the best possible assessment. The Israelis themselves are doing the same thing. Our assessments will be ongoing. But as I said, given the totality of what we’ve seen in terms of civilian suffering, in terms of children, women, men caught in this crossfire Hamas is making who’ve been killed or been injured. It’s reasonable to assess that in a number of instances. Israel has not acted in a manner that’s consistent with international humanitarian law.

BRENNAN: So I understand you’re still collecting evidence but on the policy, can you clarify? Because even the lead Democrat on House Armed Services says it’s not clear. Is the US slowing down the delivery of any weapons to Israel at this point beyond the 3,500 so-called dumb bombs?

BLINKEN: So let me be clear about this too. First, just to take a step back, no president- no president has done more To defend Israel when it really mattered than Joe Biden. He was there in Israel in the days after October 7, the first American President to go to Israel in the midst of a war. When Iran mounted an unprecedented attack on Israel launching 300 projectiles, including ballistic missiles, the United States for the first time ever participated in Israel’s active defense. And we brought together a coalition of countries to defend against the Iranian attack. But we’ve also been very clear over many months now about our concerns about a major military operation in Rafah. As you know, Margaret, most of the population from Gaza, displaced from the north, and from Central Gaza, has gone to Rafah, there are about 1.4 million people there. And we said to Israel that we cannot, will not support an operation in Rafah, a major military operation, in the absence of a credible plan to protect civilians.

Lindsey Graham slams Bernie Sanders call for total cut in US aid to Israel: ‘Irresponsible statement’
By
Jack Birle

.

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) slammed Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) over his calls to fully cut U.S. military aid to Israel amid their war against Hamas.

Sanders appeared on NBC News’s Meet the Press just before Graham and declared that “Israel should not be receiving the nickel in U.S. military aid,” accusing the Jewish State of violating international law in its war against Hamas terrorists. After the Vermont senator’s segment, Graham denounced Sanders’s comments.

“What Sen. Sanders said — ‘not another nickel on military aid [from] the United States’ — is the most dangerous, irresponsible statement in the history of the U.S. relationship. This is not Vietnam. Israel isn’t a fight for their lives. Hamas says they will do it again and again and again. They’re dedicated to the destruction of the Jewish state, not helping the Palestinian people,” Graham said.

“Iran, the great Satan, vows to destroy Israel, so does Hezbollah. Israel is surrounded by forces, terrorist groups, that want to destroy the Jewish state, not help the Palestinians. There, this is 9/11 and Pearl Harbor all rolled into one. To abandon Israel under these circumstances would be outrageous, it would be dangerous, and Republicans are going to fight back against Bernie Sanders and the ‘squad,'” he added.

Graham, who has been an adamant ally of Israel, expressed his continued support for the Jewish State, saying that the U.S. “should be all in” on supporting the country “against an existential threat.” He also added that Israel should limit civilian causalities, but defended Israel by saying they have safeguards in place but that Hamas uses civilians as human shields.

The South Carolina Republican also added that he talked with Israeli officials on Sunday and that officials from both countries are discussing “a way forward” from current disagreements.

“I am somewhat hopeful we can jump over this impasse, but do not let Bernie Sanders run this war. Bernie Sanders and the ‘squad’ are insane when it comes to how to defend Israel,” Graham said.
