Obama's border chief warns Congress: Immigration crisis ‘at a magnitude never seen in modern times’

Obama-era Border Patrol Chief Mark Morgan sounded the alarm Thursday on the crisis at the southern border, testifying before Congress that the crisis is “at a magnitude never seen in modern times†and urging lawmakers to act to stop what he described as a virtual “open border policy.â€
“We’re experiencing a crisis at the southern border at a magnitude never seen in modern times, it’s unprecedented,†Morgan, who served as the head of U.S. Border Patrol during the Obama administration, told the Senate Homeland Security Committee.

When even obama's people see this reality, it's past time to act.
It goes without saying that the democrat-communists in Congress will never "accede" to border control -- their only agenda is removing the border and disbanding all control thereof.
That's why Mr. Trump must stop "listening to his advisers" and abandon any notion that he can "make a deal" with the enemy.
He's declared the emergency, and must now act unilaterally WITHOUT the consent of the Congress to get a grip on the situation.
Act, and then deal with the ramifications afterwards!
If he does this, the one-half of the American people who still have a sense of American traditionalism will support -- and re-elect him.
