It tastes a little like the Dreamsicles of your youth, but with a kick.
2 ounces vodka
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 cup sliced peaches (fresh or frozen)
2 ounces fresh orange juice
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Pour into a large glass or mug.
Top with whipped cream and orange zest,
and garnish with a slice of peach.
Makes 1 cocktail
