There's nothing like taking a whole ribeye, cutting it into steaks, soaking them in orange juice for half a day, and then tossing them onto a charcoal grill.

@Hoodat I'm unable to see a link for your videos when I access TBR from my phone (where I'm not signed in). I can see everyone else's links, so I'm scratching my head over this one.  :shrug:

It's due to the way I post them.  The problem is not at your end.  If you look at the same posts from your PC, the videos will be there.

Do you guys vacuum pack your meat before freezing it?


I do this with all my fish except those I catch on Lake Superior that get smoked. And they taste just fine even after a few months
In bulk, yes. Hamburger disappears around here too fast to bother. Roasts and such get vacuum packed, especially if cut into smaller sections, and fish fillets not cooked immediately get that, too.

The GAZ-69 is the Soviet version of our Jeep.  The GAZ-69A is the four-door version, manufactured in Ulyanovsk some time between 1956-1972.

Karakurt class corvettes are relatively new, the first coming online in 2018.  The Tsiklon was commissioned less than a year ago.
