Federal prosecutors in first son Hunter Biden’s California tax fraud case have accused him of pulling “a stunt to delay his trial” by making a frivolous appeal, new court papers show.

President Biden’s son, 54, is attempting to appeal his lost bid to toss the case accusing him of failing to pay at least $1.4 million in federal income taxes for the years 2016 through 2019.

Prosecutors in special counsel David Weiss’ office said in papers filed in Los Angeles federal court Tuesday that the first son improperly filed the notice of appeal as a “stunt” in order to push back his June 20 trial date.

The younger Biden has “decided, unilaterally, that he can ignore the schedule set by the court,” the feds charge.

Even if the appeals court rules quickly to reject Biden’s appeal, “he will likely claim he needs more time to prepare” and ask to postpone the trial further, prosecutors allege.

“The court should reject the Defendant’s attempt to put himself above the law and game the system,” prosecutors wrote in asking a judge to force Biden to honor all pretrial deadlines.

Solar Energy Is Hurting The Environment

Did you know solar panels can actually have a negative impact on the environment? The land that they use for solar energy greatly reduces the available land for agriculture, which will send produce prices up.

The land lost every year to solar is miniscule to the amount lost to housing developments, new factory construction, industry and roads.  2000 acres EVERY day are lost to industry. Much of our farmland is not even planted each year.

Same argument about windmills killing birds=250-300k birds per killed year when cats , cars, windows, high tension lines etc kill 5-6 billion birds each year.

Much of new solar is over parking lots, rooftops, out in the desert etc.

US crop production grows almost every year even with less and less farmland every year.

Former President Trump took to social media on Wednesday with an unequivocal claim that keeping and expressing his constitutional rights were of the utmost importance to him, despite any penalty he could face amid a gag order imposed by a New York judge.

"Give me liberty or give me death," he wrote in an all-caps message on TRUTH Social, quoting the American Founding Father Patrick Henry.

The comment comes as Judge Juan Merchan said on Monday that he will consider jail time for Trump, should he continue to violate a gag order imposed upon him in his ongoing criminal trial.

"It is a really bad feeling to have your Constitutional Right to Free Speech, such a big part of life in our Country, so unfairly taken from you, especially when all of the sleazebags, lowlifes, and grifters that you oppose are allowed to say absolutely anything that they want," Trump’s post continued. "It is hard to sit back and listen to lies and false statements be made against you knowing that if you respond, even in the most modest fashion, you are told by a Corrupt and Highly Conflicted Judge that you will be put in prison, maybe for a long period of time."
