Hot weather? Good social-distancing practices? Herd immunity? Or is this just an artifact of a testing gap or the COVID-19 incubation period? Whatever it is, the data coming from both Florida and Georgia has surprised observers who expected a burst of new infections after aggressive reopening policies were put in place, Axios reports this morning:
Media people admitting truths they dislike often is CYA for worse to come ... from their POV, of course.

What I fear is that the emotion-laden Left (democrats) will start a new series of government shut downs next flu season citing the “saving every life from Wuhan virus†precedent.

Personally, I'd say these left-wing states and a lot of the left-wing cities are cooking the books. Many have all of a sudden increases just before they get around to instituting more restrictions.
