Okay, I know that this is murky but Fox just reported that a police source announced that evidence was found .. on the officers gun!?
Fingerprints? :shrug:

Well, one would certainly expect to find the officer's fingerprints (or DNA) on his own gun.
I'm wondering if perhaps they found someone else's fingerprints or DNA on Wilson's service weapon.
And if so.... from whom ??

It was implied that the gentle giant's dna or fingerprints are on the weapon....btw Mark Furhman was on just after and brought up that on Michael Brown's thumb was a laceration which may have happened during the struggle for the weapon

That seemed more likely to me. Weapon discharges, Brown's hand gets clipped by the semi-auto chamber reloading, blood and some skin tissue likely still on gun. Also, how about the black attorney that was on Kelly's show right after Fuhrman. That guy literally was talking as if none of this new information had happened, and then tried to say something about Dr. Baden that wasn't true. Kelly shut him down by saying that Baden had actually been on her show, and contradicted the point that whatever that lawyer's name was.

The whole thing is imploding. Once again, for the sixth? time, Al Sharpton will be exposed for the race pimp his is. "Whitey is Bad!!" "I is good!!" "Yalls need be givin' me moe money!!" He's a one trick pony, and he has been riding that same horse for 50 years.
I saw him making one of his 'speeches' complete with his trademark heavy thick Black accent and inflections, and I have to say, from my point of view the guy looked and sounded like a complete clown. It is no wonder nobody watches his show or pays any attention to his rants.
Put a big red nose on that guy, and you're done. Why NBC continues to pay this weirdo millions of dollars a year, one million apiece for each of his 14 viewers, is a national mystery. No one can figure it out?

2 shots in the head is pretty accurate to me.
He had 2 eyes and I presume at least one was still in working order.
My presumption is that he tried to stop the thug's charge with 4 to the body, it didn't work, so he aimed where he knew it would stop his attacker.
All in all, pretty good shootin'.

Justifiable self-defense. With the decision to fire (instinct is probably more accurate), Wilson wasn't just doing his job—he was defending his own life.

And my theory is that the gun remained at the exact same level while firing.
But, as he was hit with the initial bullet(s), he reflexively slumped. IOW, his head went into the path of the bullet.
I think the officer Wilson was so frightened, he just kept pulling the trigger, trying to stop him.
