When Trump attaches bombastic labels like "Deranged" to Smith's name every time he mentions him, it only makes Trump sound deranged.
The name-calling is something most of us grew out of before being old enough to vote, and it just sounds so freaking juvenile when he does it. Apparently he thinks its a good idea, but I thought it was cringeworthy even when I was voting for the guy.

According to Smith, the 77-year-old “pursued unlawful means of discounting legitimate votes and subverting the election results” in a desperate bid to stay in power after his defeat by Joe Biden.
Prosecutors charged that the 45th president’s incessant claims of election fraud costing him re-election “were false and [Trump] knew they were false.
“But the Defendant repeated and widely disseminated them anyway — to make his knowingly false claims appear legitimate, create an intense national atmosphere of mistrust and anger, and erode public faith in the administration of the election.”

This means that despite the very serious headaches this indictment will cause during the campaign, he will not be prohibited from being President under the Constitution

We’ve recently learned:
• Hunter received money from China (contradicting President Biden’s claim)
• President Biden spoke with Hunter’s business associates over 20 times (contradicting what Biden previously claimed)
• Biden’s DOJ tried to secretly give Hunter broad immunity and admitted the sweetheart deal was unprecedented
And just yesterday a new poll showed President Trump is without a doubt Biden’s leading political opponent.
Everyone in America could see what was going to come next: DOJ’s attempt to distract from the news and attack the frontrunner for the Republican nomination, President Trump.

4. Deployed those drop boxes throughout Metro Democrat-controlled counties, far exceeding the number allowed under State law
5. Failed to adequately monitor those boxes as required by State law.
6. Allowed Dominion to make uncertified software changes one month before the November election in violation of State law.
7. Allowed Dominion to have direct internet access to the voting system in violation of State Law
8. Failed to garner signature verifications for absentee ballots received.
9. Allowed ballots to be gathered and counted days beyond election day, again in violation of State Law
10. Failed to observe chain-of-custody requirements, allowing uncertified ballots to be counted, again in violation of State Law
11. Destroyed mail-in envelopes that were required for auditing purposes
12. Absolved Fulton County officials of any wrongdoing even after they were videotaped multi-counting ballots with no GOP representatives present, again in violation of State Law.
Brad Raffensperger (and his butt buddy Gabe Sterling) is a corrupt POS that should be doing hard time for his crimes. Trump was stupid to ask that POS for help.

There is an entire thread here dedicated to Georgia election violations from 2020. Having trouble finding it. There were threads for each of the six States where the counting stopped around midnight with Trump in the lead, and then started up hours later with Biden ahead.

To put it in perspective, Dekalb County had 18,126 mail-in ballots in 2016. This is consistent with 18,700 in 2020 that had the proper chain of custody requirements. As for the additional 43,000 ballots? They are illegal and should have been tossed according to State Law.
