Here's the question:

What's truly racist?

The bar saying that they will not allow anyone who is dressed like that into the premises, or all the people stereotyping black people by saying that's what they all dress like and/or that black people are the only people who dress like that?

The only racist there is Michelle Horowitz, the twit who's interviewed in the first part of the video.  The dress code in question describes as many whites as blacks in many parts of the country.  Only in lilly-white Minneapolis would someone assume that only black people wear that sort of dress.
