OOOPS! Joe Biden did it again. During the middle of an interview with Telemundo News on September 15 Joe Biden made yet another blooper. What made it worse was you can actually see him give an "OOOPS!" look with a side glance at either his teleprompter or one of his handlers before mumbling "I lost that line."
