How old are you...
-
?
-
Some days I feel my age. Other days, not so much.

Old enough to be suspicious.
*look*
-
Old enough to have learned how to be better at everything.
But only once.
-

I always thought you're only as old as the woman you feel.
-
I used to know how old I was... But that was a long time ago.
-
Okay..who is under 30?
-
How do I answer the question, is it asking my chronological, physical, emotional or perceived age? Some days I feel very old indeed, very rarely any more do I feel younger than my years and that's usually with my grandkids. Now as to where do I fall............ various places. :silly:
-
?
I gotta clean this monitor. I thought that said "7".
Some days I make it up that far. :silly: :tongue2:
-
Okay..who is under 30?
30 what?
-
Okay..who is under 30?
I've got underpants that old.
-
I also have clothes over 30 years of age. My wife is always after me to get rid of stuff after a few years. If the clothes are still in good shape, why get rid of them? Everything is disposable for her!!!
-

As they say...Never trust anyone under 30.

Two of my favorite pieces of clothing are a sweater I wore to my wedding rehearsal 27 years ago and a sweatshirt my parents brought back from Niagara Falls when they celebrated their 20th anniversary 35 years ago. I've worn both of them within the past week.
-
Too old for the work I do.

Oh, you, too. But I've only got one -- a tweed jacket I got at Brooks Brothers in 1985 -- no problem from the wife about keeping it, she loved the fabric so much she asked me not to throw it out even though the ends of the sleeves got tattered. I finally had leather sleeve-caps put on them so I could keep wearing it. It's now the jacket I throw on when I'm in jeans (which I only wear on days I do manual labor around the house or garden -- never understood the notion of jeans as a fashion item -- they're work clothes) and need something warmer to go outside.

I put on some boots the other day to wear for snow shoveling and had to laugh, because I distinctly remember buying them in 1977. Not old at all!
-
Pretty darn old, but young enough that most of the music I listen to was recorded before I was born.
-
If there’s an answer for Corbe, I need two replies.
Just saying.

I'm 72 and unlikely to reach 73 given my mood and the current state of our feral government.
-
If you gotta ask, math is not your strong suit.
-
I'm 67, but I feel no different than I did when I was 40. I still would like to play racquetball if I could find someone to play with that is not a hotshot.
My wife is 20 years my junior, claims that for a period she was training for the Olympics in Russia, and for the 20 years we have been together, I have been able to outrun her, even when I am not working out or anything for periods of time.
I hope I stay this way for another 20 years. Hope I am still here 20 years from now.
-
Okay..who is under 30?
Wait, there are people on this board younger than I am?
-
Old enough to sadly realize my best days of feeling even remotely well are behind me and the way this country is headed that's ok.
-
Too...
-
59.
Fortunate to be in better physical health and condition than many others younger than I, but old enough to remember, and know, of better times.
-
17.
-
17.
I wish I was 17, knowing what I know now....
-
I wish I was 17, knowing what I know now....
I wish I didn't know then what I don't know now or is it..
I wish I didn't know now what I didn't know then?

I learned the truth at seventeen.

That love was meant for beauty queens
And high school girls with clear skinned smiles
Who married young and then retired?

I've seen Janis Ian in concert twice. Excellent.

I am 76 and am hopeful I will have a chance to post the head of a treasonous bastard on a spike.
It is a simple ambition I know. Someone else can have the pleasure of dispatching him/her.
I am after all a peaceful man.

@Slide Rule
Yeah,THAT! I like your attitude!

I wish I didn't know now what I didn't know then?
I wish that I knew what I know now
When I was younger
I wish that I knew what I know now
When I was stronger
Pore ol grandad, I laughed at all his words

I have always known what I know now... The problem was that back then I didn't think it made a difference. You are proposing wisdom for the youth... which time and again has proven to be an incompatibility. It comes with white hair and nothing else.
Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land that the Lord gives thee...

I inherited my dad’s WWII Eisenhower jacket with his medals. He got that jacket in 1945. I also have his dog tags.
I have a childhood stuffed tiger I received on my 4th birthday too.
-
Too.
-
I'm old enough to know better....
but (still) young enough to do it anyway. :smokin:

@XenaLee
My best advise is to do it as often and as vigorously as possible.
