NEW BRAUNFELS, TX - The New Braunfels Herald-Zeitung is reporting that the son of one of the 13 people killed in the First Baptist Church of New Braunfels bus crash has filed a wrongful death suit against the driver of the truck involved in the collision along with the man's father.

The article says that Plaintiff Ross Allen filed the suit Monday in the 38th Judicial District Court of Uvalde County against both Jack Young, the driver, and Joseph Young the man's father.

So what is the point of suing the drivers father? and why for a million bucks?

Did the father own the truck the young person was driving?  (Or, attempting to drive?)

good guess, that would make him partially liable
