18-year-old El Salvadorian national, Mario Granados-Alvarado was previously arrested for driving a stolen car and stealing an AR-15 from a police car. He has been released despite a detainer for deportation having been in place.

Better idea. Whoever was responsible for the release obviously thinks Alvarado deserves to be in the US - so, remove their citizenship and deport them instead.
