Which party controls the Senate and the White House?

In truth the Democrats control the entire federal government presently. And that has been so for a very long time.

Heat shield issues threaten the timeline of NASA's Artemis moon exploration program.

NASA's moon program still has some work to do before it can put human boots back on the lunar surface.

The agency's Office of Inspector General (OIG) released a report on Wednesday (May 1) titled "NASA's Readiness for the Artemis 2 Crewed Mission to Lunar Orbit," which aims to determine how ready NASA is to launch its Artemis 2 moon mission, currently scheduled for late 2025.

The inspector general writes that the Artemis 1 test flight of the Orion spacecraft "revealed anomalies with the Orion heat shield, separation bolts, and power distribution that pose significant risks to the safety of the crew."

Resolution of these anomalies is among the most significant factors impacting NASA's readiness for Artemis 2, the report adds.

The report says NASA found over 100 areas on Orion's heat shield — where thermal material protects the spacecraft from the heat of reentry — had worn away "differently than expected" during the spacecraft's reentry to Earth's atmosphere.

...leaving mothers free to do the most important job of all...raising children, a formidable undertaking that included being everything from cook/baker to first responder (EMS), and teacher, besides. With mom doing all that, dads were free to be dads as well... at least on their weekends.

I can't help but realize how blessed I was as a kid, especially now that I am an adult.

That's the truth! Not to mention some of the teachers would come out to the parking lot to discuss new acquisitions with the students.

It especially made sense because the students could go hunting directly from school, before the sun set at 6PM or earlier...(northern latitude). Camo clothing wasn't seen as a threat, either, just that someone was likely looking to go hunting after school.

That's right. The very same was here.

If Taxes aren't theft, why does the IRS need guns?

Wages by definition in Blacks Law dictionary is compensation. Congress taxes profit and gains, NOT COMPENSATION.
Workers receive compensation not profit and gains.

Once you understand this, you too can walk away and be free of the Fed.
I always saw wages like barter. A value for value exchange (no net gain). IIRC, wages were not originally taxed, just capital gains.

Her point, before being mislabeled as a Putin supporter by even some who claim to be conservative, is that we have sent multiples of the amount it would take to secure OUR border elsewhere, and especially to Ukraine, but there seems to be little interest in stopping the invasion of these United States. That invasion will be our undoing, and without us, the world will fall.

It isn't that BOTH could not be funded, and the two could be linked--as so often is done with all sorts of stuff in spending bills. For this, she gets derided by people who should get it.  **nononono*

Small wonder the country is such a bleep mess.
