Buttigieg defends anti-Kavanaugh protesters outside Morton’s: ‘People are upset’

Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg on Sunday defended protesters against Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh who gathered earlier this week outside Morton’s steakhouse, where he was eating dinner.
Reports emerged on Friday that Kavanaugh exited the back of the D.C. restaurant Wednesday night to avoid the protesters, who were demanding that management kick him out.
Buttigieg’s husband, Chasten, tweeted in response to the news: “Sounds like he just wanted some privacy to make his own dining decisions,” a shot toward Kavanaugh’s vote to overturn Roe v. Wade last month, ending a woman’s constitutional right to an abortion.
During an appearance on “Fox News Sunday,” moderator Mike Emanuel asked Buttigieg if his husband’s tweet about the incident was “appropriate.”
“Look, when public officials go into public life, we should expect two things. One, that you should always be free from violence, harassment, and intimidation,” Buttigieg replied. “And two, you’re never going to be free from criticism or peaceful protest, people exercising their First Amendment rights.”
Buttigieg also noted that Kavanaugh didn’t even notice the protesters outside the establishment, but was told about them before his departure. The secretary then ripped the justice over his abortion decision.

Many more people are upset with the price of gas and lack of goods because of supply chain issues so I guess they can protest and get in your face wherever they find you, right? OF COURSE NOT! Because you are special and would cry like a baby claiming they were persecuting you because you are 'Queer' not because you are an inept jackass.

Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg smirked his way through a Sunday appearance on Fox News, defending his husband’s snarky tweet after Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh and other diners at a Washington D.C. restaurant had their meals rudely interrupted by a far-left activist group.
Kavanaugh, who was one of the conservative justices who butchered the left’s sacred cow of abortion by overturning Roe v. Wade, was targeted after the ShutDownDC tweeted out his location based on a tip, leading to a pack of extremists invading Morton’s steakhouse, causing him to be escorted out through the back door while the noisy tantrum throwers ruined the meals of customers whose only offense was enjoying a peaceful night out.

The police were sent in to arrest a parent who was upset at Loudon County school board meetings when a male student posing as a girl sexually attacked another student, his daughter.
And AG Garland decided to call them domestic terrorists.
Garland knows how to order arrests, just the ones he likes to arrest,
