As I watch this video, what immediately comes to mind is how valuable people like Elon Musk are  to society and what a waste of space someone like Elizabeth Warren is

I’d rather see more money remain in the hands of people like Elon Musk who are creating new technologies and  jobs versus going to DC in the hands of people like Elizabeth Warren who only squander it

Spot on,

Climate Activists Have A New Target In Mind For Major Summer Protests
By

If the anti-Israel protests that are happening across the U.S. aren't bad enough, the radical climate cult is getting ready to wreck havoc this summer.

A group called 'Climate Defiance' is calling for a "historic blockade" of the Congressional Baseball Game, an annual competition where Republican and Democratic members of Congress compete in America’s favorite pastime.

"And what they're instead turning this into is, how can anyone play a game when the country is boiling, and the world is dying" said Marc Morano at the Climate Depot, "To save the climate, we need to legislate a better climate."

That is the left's agenda, and the ultimate goal is pretty simple.

"For Joe Biden to declare a national climate emergency" Morano told KTRH, "Which would give him Covid-like, and 9-11 executive powers, for which he could bypass democracy, and implement the 'Green New Deal' without a vote of Congress. That is really what this pressure is, it's just another way to put America down the road to a climate lockdown."

Biden’s Administrative State Strikes Back. Again And Again
by Examiner Editorial  6 hours ago

If you are having trouble keeping track of all the major regulations President Joe Biden has issued recently, you’re not alone. [emphasis, links added]

In just the past two weeks, the Biden administration has functionally banned all coal power plants, forced college women to accept men in their locker rooms and dorm rooms, and empowered government regulators to set price controls on internet services.

That is all on top of previous Biden regulations banning the sale of cars with internal combustion engines, banning the sale of new gas stoves, and making refrigerators far more expensive than they currently are.

Biden is radically transforming the everyday life of every voter, and he is doing it all without a single vote from Congress.

That, at least, explains the rush.

Trump Legal Investigations / Jack Smith Hit With New Ethics Complaint

Jack Smith is taking heat in his attempts to keep former President Donald Trump from returning to the White House.

On Tuesday Smith was reprimanded with a congressional ethics complaint, filed by Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY), accusing the Biden Justice Department special counsel of “trying to interfere with the 2024 election.” Smith has charged Trump in two federal cases, one related to the January 6th, 2021 Capitol riots and another involving the storage of classified documents at Mar-a-Lago. Both cases are essentially frozen while the U.S. Supreme Court considers Trump’s claims of presidential immunity.

“It’s obvious to any reasonable observer that Jack Smith is trying to interfere with the 2024 election and stop the American people from electing Donald Trump. At every turn, he has sought to accelerate his illegal prosecution of President Trump for the clear (if unstated) purpose of trying him before the November election,” Rep. Stefanik wrote on X. “The Justice Department’s own policies clearly prohibit Smith from doing so, and as a DOJ employee he is bound by those policies. Moreover, when the District Court imposed a stay on the proceedings, Smith and his office ignored it and continued to file discovery documents. Smith’s conduct has brought disrepute to the Department of Justice and the entire federal government, and the DOJ’s Office of Professional Responsibility should impose the discipline that such conduct warrants.”

She added: “Jack Smith’s multiple attempts to rush to trial the federal January 6th case against President Trump violated long-standing, explicit Justice Department policy. Further, Jack Smith’s repeated violations of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia’s stay of proceedings are a lawless breach of trial ethics and lawyerly conduct. Jack Smith’s actions brought disrepute to the Justice Department and the federal government as a whole, and he should face discipline appropriately.”

Despite Plenty Of Pitfalls, Biden Doubles Down On Offshore Wind
by Christopher Talgo  17 seconds ago

In general, the Biden administration favors top-down, centralized economic planning rather than allowing the miracle that is the “invisible hand” of the free market system to drive the U.S. economy forward. [emphasis, links added]

Consider the automobile industry for example. Do most Americans want to purchase electric vehicles as of now? Nope.

Yet that has not stopped Biden and company from doing virtually everything in their power, including heavy-handed mandates and billions of dollars in taxpayer-funded subsidies to force Americans into eventually having no choice other than an electric vehicle.

The same strategy has also been applied to several types of appliances, including gas stoves, furnaces, washing machines, etc.
