Leaked Document: US Lumps Together China, Iran, Israel as 'Key Targets' for Counterintel

According to a document leaked by Edward Snowden to The Washington Post, the Obama administration sees Israel as a “key target” for US counterintelligence. The document shows that the United States believes Israel thinks that the Obama administration is out of alignment with it on both Iran and the Palestinians. The document lumps together “key targets, such as China, Russia, Iran, Israel, Pakistan and Cuba.”
The budget document comes from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence’s Fiscal Year 2013 Congressional Budget Justification.

Wow, that took a lot of sophisticated covert intelligence work. Not. Even your average lo-info American could have told you that one. If this is the sum total of what our intelligence services can produce, then it's time to fire the lot, from the NSA to the CIA, and start building a new intelligence service from the ground up.
