US Navy boat went missing during missile test exercise in September 2018
It travelled 3,300 miles from Norfolk, VA to near Galway Bay on Irish Coast
The boat had been modified with foam so that it was 'unlikely' to sink and so managed to cross the Atlantic Ocean
