I watched this video and was left wondering . . .

WHAT EXACTLY IS GOING ON HERE??

What is this? I’m asking you.

Please take a look at this video, released by the White House Tuesday, and tell me if it doesn’t look to you like a campaign commercial for Vice President Biden.
