In recent months, the Central Intelligence Agency and the Pentagon have been quietly waging a campaign to stop the State Department from allowing Roscosmos, the Russian space agency, to build about half a dozen of these structures, known as monitor stations, on United States soil, several American officials said.
In a world truly governed by national-interests, this issue would not even be up for discussion. In a world driven by globalists intent on global-government however, it is 'negotiable' with national-interests the inevitable loser.
The evidence for globalists driving international efforts in every sphere (societal, political, economic, etc) is obvious if you are open to the idea...

The Russian system was always a monitoring station. GLONASS has been around for a while. The Telegraph Agency of the Soviet Union (TASS) covered the launch, describing GLONASS as a system "created to determine positioning of civil aviation aircraft, navy transport and fishing-boats of the Soviet Union".Ch I truly do not believe that. I think the system is used to guide Russian ICBMs to their targets inside the USA as much as we use our GPS to use in our ICBMs and cruise missiles to targets inside Russia
