CONFIRMED: Black female was behind racist Instagram hoax account

The College Fix has obtained police reports from White Bear Lake in Minnesota that indicate that the creator of an Instagram account that sent racist messages to black girls, is a black female.
The school district had only referred to her as a “young person” and originally said that the incident appeared to be a “hoax” but walked back from that statement.
But the police reports, obtained by The College Fix through a public records act request, state that the student who created the account is a member of the Black Excellence Club.
Demand for "Hate Crimes" continues to exceed the supply.

“The case as presented by law enforcement did not warrant criminal charges,” Dennis Gerhardstein, a spokesperson for the Ramsey County prosecutor’s office, said in an email to The College Fix.
How does this not warrant criminal charges? According to the police report, the police were investigating threats of violence. Nothing in their discovery changes that. Hoax or not, the threats did occur, and they were racial in nature. This person should be charged to the full extent of the law regardless of what color skin she has.

Concur.... until the punishment for this type of reverse racism (just plain racism back at whites) is administered and swiftly, this will continue. The MSM will report the initial claims, and continue to throttle the updates of who really was behind it.

At its root, trying to frame another group for being "racist" is a Hate Crime, because the root of the crime is racism.
I'm just waiting for a judge to whip that out from under the robe...
