Best movie I've seen in a long time.
-
I tried the Sriracha sauce made in the gifs, and I didn't care for it. But...I can see why a lot of people do.

I don't care for Sriracha of any brand. When I want Hot, I just use Tabasco.

Aha. I don't like the flavor of the red Tabasco. The green stuff has a good flavor, but not very hot.

It's jalapeños. I love jalapeños, but I prefer salsa. Pace Picante is my favorite.
-
I use it for my version of bang bang sauce. It’s great, and I’m not a spicy food person.

You live in the TexMex capital of the world and you buy Pace? I figured you'd have some fabulous, homemade recipe.

No, I make salsa cruda and guacamole, but the cooked stuff I buy. Pace is good. I love the flavor. We're talking the hot variety of course.

Oh, see, I live in the Indoor Foliage Capital of the World (no lie), so I think of salsa, picante sauce, etc as all the same thing.

The Indoor Foliage Capital of the World. That's something.
Salsa Cruda is the chopped tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, garlic, lime all mixed together and put on top of tacos or fajitas or whatever. Salsa is the stuff in the little bowls for your fried tortilla chips. It can be smooth or chunky.

Is it true your Mayor has served, like, 61 years as Mayor?

Yep. John Land. I think he was the longest serving mayor in the US. And my former boss's uncle.
