Aren't the rioters arrested bailed out immediately in Portland?  If there is no deterrent, there is no stop to this insanity.

Uh...wouldn't trespassing on and causing damage to federal property  be enough cause for "federal reaction?"  As we have seen, the mayor has forbidden local law enforcement from dealing with the rioters and since this is federal property, I should think the owners have the right to protect their property themselves.
