GOP Senator John Cornyn Negotiating Amnesty Deal for Illegal Aliens with Democrats

Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX) confirmed this week that he is negotiating an amnesty deal for likely millions of illegal aliens with Senate Democrats.
In statements to PunchBowl News, Cornyn confirmed that he is hammering out the details of an expansive amnesty deal with Senate Majority Whip Dick Durbin (D-IL) that could give green cards, and eventually American citizenship, to illegal aliens enrolled and eligible for the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, those given Temporary Protected Status (TPS), and illegal aliens who work on farms.
“Right now, there’s a proposal to deal with DACA, a bipartisan border solutions bill, if there’s a deal to be had on farmworkers, and TPS recipients,” Cornyn told PunchBowl News this week. “I’m not sure where TPS figures in all this. But that’s the current proposal, so we’ll see if we can agree on some parameters for those three things: DACA [illegal aliens], [illegal alien] farmworkers, and the [southern] border.”
“I’ve agreed to focus on those three things and see if we can come up with some parameters that would make sense and that I can support,” Cornyn said.
Cornyn said he is hoping to have an amnesty deal drafted by the end of the week to send off to Durbin and other Senate Democrats.

Of course any deal they come up with will include all family members, in the USA already or still living south of the border.

Which will,of course,guarantee him no opponent when he runs in the primary,as well as a nice cash deposit in an off-shore account as well as support for some bill that would help his re-election chances despite this knife in the back. Maybe a couple of new schools in his district,new swimming pools at the Y's,etc,etc,etc.
What could possibly be sweeter than buying your re-election with public money?

At least you know what you are dealing with a rabid leftist. The RINO is much worse and more sneaky and will stab you in the back while at the same time telling you how much they like you and are fighting for you. They are cowards and the personality people who study these things have proven most politicians are cowards with the RINO in first place. :yowsa:

No amnesty for anyone. Been there, done that. Won't get fooled again. The 1986 Immigration Reform and Control Act granted amnesty at the time in exchange for more vigorous enforcement of immigration laws. Enforcement was never a priority.
Mitch McConnell and the US Chamber of Commerce can take a long walk off a short pier.

What the SOB SHOULD be doing is negotiating a plea bargain with the help of his lawyer.
In a perfect world,he would be trying and failing unless he agreed to testify in court against other prominent goobermint officials.
Failing that,it should be off to Club Max Fed for 20 years or so of solitary confinement in a cell where the lights burn night and day,with guards patrolling overhead on the walkways over his ceiling-less cell.

One of the things people didn't hear about during Trump's term was the correlation between the tightening of the border and rising wages for middle America. I know there were other things that Trump did that also promoted higher wages, but building the wall and slowing the flow of cheap labor helped.
The ability to achieve a middle class income and lifestyle has been a great stabilizing force in our nation. As the middle class erodes due to massive illegal immigration and technological changes our stability will suffer. Add in the dramatic growth of leftist indoctrination and we are headed for a breakup.
